Buddhist Film Club
Informal Screening and discussion
Buddhist Film Club
Join us for this informal screening & discussion either online via Zoom or in-person in the West Studio @ Colet House
We are honoured to invite you to join us for the 3nd Buddhist Film Club, in collaboration with Meridian Trust and Colet House.
These events aim to highlight some of the documentary treasures from the archive of the Meridian Trust that throw light on different cultures, histories and personal lives from the various Buddhist traditions, as well as present the profound teachings of the Buddhist path.
In this case, to celebrate the life and achievements of Lama Alan Wallace (whose birthday falls on April 17), we are going to watch an archival recording of his talk on genuine wellbeing, which would include a group meditation. This is a wonderful opportunity to sit together and reconnect to the profound qualities of our basic goodness.
We hope that you’ll join us for this informal screening and discussion.
This event is hybrid, so you can join us in person at Colet House (London), or from wherever you are via Zoom! Participation is by voluntary donation which supports the work of the three organisations.
