CCN Monthly Practice Group

CCN hold a monthly practice group at The Study Society, Colet House, 151 Talgarth Rd, London W149DA. The group is small, informal and friendly. If you would like to come along, please contact Elizabeth West at emwest1944@gmail.com. All are welcome.

The monthly CCN practice group last met on 15th June 2017. After a silent meditation, we discussed the progress of the contemplative observatory, and what to do when unusual bodily sensations arise during meditation. We then practiced and discussed the samatha practice of merging mind with space, and shared a powerful meditation and podcast lecture on Lovingkindness.
