The three core areas of spiritual practice are mindfulness, wisdom and compassion.
In other words cultivating attentional, cognitive and emotional balance, as a basis for achieving mental balance and well-being.
In Buddhism these are often referred to as shamatha, vipashyana and compassion practice.
Over twelve days we will introduce and practice meditations in these three core areas of practice.
