The Freedom of Letting Go
A special event with Barbara J Hunt
Many of us carry the weight of past experiences, whether we realise it or not. Unresolved emotions can shape our daily lives, affecting how we see the world, our relationships, and even our health.
Whether it’s difficulty trusting others, emotional numbness, or finding ourselves stuck in certain patterns, these lingering feelings can become obstacles to our happiness.
What if you could learn how to release these emotional burdens, make peace with the past, and step into a lighter, more open version of yourself?
Following the success from our last event, we’re excited to invite you to join us on October 13th for a powerful two-hour masterclass led by Barbara J Hunt, a seasoned coach and transformational facilitator with over 25 years of experience.
Is it time to release what no longer serves you?
This masterclass offers practical steps and deep insights into how you can move beyond old hurts, disappointments, and negative patterns. By embracing this inner work, you can experience greater freedom, clarity, and renewed energy in your life.
-
Understanding Forgiveness: Learn what it really means to let go of past grievances and why it’s essential for your health and wellbeing.
-
Overcoming Common Obstacles: Explore why it’s often so challenging to move on and discover effective ways to overcome these obstacles.
-
Transforming Relationships: Whether it’s resolving childhood issues or improving current relationships, this session will help you to see things in a new light.
-
Health and Well-being Benefits: Understand how releasing past emotional weight can improve both mental and physical health, leading to a more balanced life.
-
Moving Forward: Equip yourself with practical strategies to let go of what’s holding you back and create a lighter, more peaceful future.
The second part of the masterclass is experiential – where you will have the opportunity to choose something/someone you wish to forgive, and Barbara will lead everyone through her seven-step process. We work with mics off so everyone can participate in this engaged practice in the privacy of their own Zoom space, but held in the group field, guided step-by-step.
Once you’ve experienced this process, you will be able to use this as a practical tool in your everyday life, whenever you feel you need to.
