Balancing the Mind with the Power of Focused Attention
This one day meditation workshop for beginners was given on July 17, 2013 at The Meditation Centre, St Mark’s, London.
This day was open to all, and introduced Shamatha meditation as a way to balance the mind and calm compulsive thinking. It was geared to people new to Dr Wallace’s teaching. It also explored the requisites for a balanced spiritual life and the importance of following a clear path. The day consisted of teaching, periods of guided meditation and time for questions and discussion.
